how do we begin?

First things first, fill out this contact form. After I review it, I'll send you information about my process and pricing. Next we’ll jump on a call to make sure we’re both making the best decision to work together. If we both agree it makes sense to move forward, I will send you a contract and invoice. A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to hold your spot in my schedule. I work with clients on a first-come, first-serve basis in order to keep aconsistent schedule and to ensure enough time for each project. If you need a different payment schedule, just ask and we can try to work something out!

How long will it all take?

Most importantly to know, in order to dedicate the full attention your brand deserves, I will block off a full window of time to work on your specific project. Once scheduled, depending on the project at hand, I will work diligently to get the work done ASAP. If you’re looking for a rough timeline:

  • Brand Identity (logo, collateral, etc.): 2-3 weeks

  • Squarespace Website: 1-2 weeks

  • Wordpress Website: 2-4 weeks

  • Content Curation: depends on the quantity needed.

Will I have to continue to use you for my website needs?

This is totally up to you! At the end of each website project, I typically train my clients on how to use and edit their respective platforms. That said, Squarespace is much more user-friendly than Wordpress. If you’re looking for a one-and-done website project that you can DIY from there, Squarespace is your best bet.

At the end of each project, I always provide my clients with user guides and resources for maintaining their websites on their own. If you’d rather not DIY, we can work out an ongoing maintenance package as well or I can charge you at my hourly rate for one-off needs.
